About this model
A while back I was making a list for one of my paintings. I found it was not easy to make 45º wood conections so I decided to make a 3d printed tool for this. I used one of my former designs of a small vise as a guide. The main reason for making puzzle connections is that this design can be printed nearly twice as big as your printbed. Parts needed: M8 bolt rod about 120 mm long (5/16 inch, 4,5 inch long) 2x M8 hex nut's (5/16 inch) 6x Printed parts: Base_V4 2x Slider_V4 2x Knob_V4 2x Endcap_V4 1x Single Endcap_V4 does NOT need to printed. It's optional for people who print only one base. Insert the m8 nuts in place, use a solder iron to heat the nuts so that they melt in place and stay locked if the fits are a little tight.
