UPDATE 5-16-2025: I have had my differential cover 3D injection printed out of metal now! It was a bit pricey ($185 USD), but it is awesome! Seems to fit about perfectly. So, if your printer settings are good enough, the latest version of the diff cover should be good. I added a new photo, should be the 2nd one in the photos, showing a side by side of a black 3d printed plastic cover and an aluminum one. Pretty awesome and adds some down low weight. UPDATE 4-20-2025: Uploaded V91 differential cover. I printed V9 on my older Ender 3 E printer, and it printed amazingly well, but the inner bearing hole was pretty tight, so I made it 0.05mm bigger in V91. I also moved the inner bearing slightly further in, to lower the tightness of the pinion when you put the drive shaft pin in. I'll readjust …
