Update V3: I was very pleased with the construction of V2 but felt that the fixing posts could be made even more rigid, so my final version with all parts changed can be downloaded from Cults for a small fee. Update V2: The fixing post thickness has been increased from 1.4mm to 1.9mm to allow for greater rigidity and assembly dimension errors. I realised that I missed a hole for an alignment lug on V1 fixings, so this has now been included with increased ribs to help stop the fixings bending back. The new V2 fixings still fit V1 covers Details: My daughter came home saying that someone had stolen one of the headlight washer covers from her 2008 Vauxhall Astra H.
