About this model
I dropped my m18 tled light recently and the head cracked i decided to print a new one. Solidworks file included in case they dont sell 2mm sheets of plastic glass in murica´ Three part assembly, two parts to print one to buy, that being a sheet of plastic glass. For this build i used a 2mm sheet, usually found in hardwarestores or hobbyshops. Step 1: Print the parts (Some sanding might be required) Step 2: Friction fit the big ring part on the light Step 3: Cut a circle of the plastic glass, i used a thin coca cola can as a guide the circle should be 52-53 mm depending on how accurate your printer is. Such thin plastic can almost be cut with siccors but i used a dremel. Step 4: Fit the plastic glass in the top part. Step 5: Glue the parts togheter using epoxy or whatever glue you have aro…
