Failure to do so will result in a piece that won't fit. I really liked the design of by 3r4th. Remixed with a hexagon shape to match my board enclosure and keep my look consistent. I have not printed yet but should be just as good as the original by 3r4th. I recommend using their settings and recommendations below. "Before you print make sure your printer is well calibrated.
