A bed leveling wheel for the Creality CR-10s printer to make fine adjustments to bed height. Thank you to Oggie for supplying the original idea and the Fusion 360 file which helped enormously. When I printed Oggie's design I found that the spline diameter was too small to match my printer so I took his Fusion 360 file and modified the spline. Inevitably I took it a bit further and came up with a new spoke design - it was a good excuse to get to grips with Fusion 360 since I normally use CATIA at work and I wanted to try something different. The inspiration for the spoke design came from googling automotive alloy wheel designs - one of the first pictures was of an orange Bugatti Veyron wheel so the decision was made!
