About this model
This is a “nearly-to-scale” model of the iconic Monument to the Conquerors of Space (Покорителям космоса) in Moscow. With 107 meters height and mostly made of titanium, the monument is dedicated to the soviet people involved in the space exploration. Right underneath the monument is located the Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics which explores the achievements of those people. The model can be either assembled for general display or as a lamp, if using translucent filament. It is not recommended to downscale the model considering the small dimensions of the rocket fins.
