The Bolt Action rule book scenarios can range from “m’eh” to “not bad”, but most players soon yearn for something a bit more dynamic. Back in 2016 the old WWPD group released a pack of alternative scenarios, and they have become favourites for tournament organizers and casual players alike. One of the WWPD scenarios I consider my favourite is “Kittyhawk Down.” The scenario requires both players to be aggressive and advancing to the table centre from the start of the game and adds a wonderful degree of randomness with the “landing” of the objective at the start of T 4 (a copy of this scenario is linked within the product description).
