LINK TO ALL CAD FILES AND INSTRUCTIONS USED IN THIS PROJECT: The parts and designs for only the head are this way:Robowaifu Resources > Animatronic Head > Whole Head Please beware that I was a beginner at Fusion 360 (and robotics in general) when I designed this, so the organisation of the parts is not great. Also, the eye mechanism may need to be adjusted with extra drill-holes in order to screw it inside the head. The problem related to how her eyeballs aligned against the back of her eye-sockets on the faceplate. Getting her eyelids to open and close properly and the eyes to move about smoothly was very difficult. This project is an amalgamation of my own designs and those of other people (I got the eye mechanism from Will Cogley of Nilheim Mechatronics and modified it a bit). The arms …
