About this model
Bistake is a clip-and-stake designed to keep the corners of your towel firmly attached to the sand and prevent the wind from shifting or folding them. It consists of three hinged sections: two form the clip, while the third works as a sand stake. Each Bistake prints in place as a single piece, with fully assembled hinges and no supports. Once folded, it becomes compact, and the included Carry Clip keeps a full set of four together for storage and transport. After printing, the hinges need to be gently forced loose. We have included a short video showing how to do it. Handle them with care: it is a hinge, not a strength test. To withstand beach heat, we recommend PETG. Braver makers can venture into ASA or ABS.
