About this model
My version of R2D2 with moving legs, head, and retractable center leg. I may try to do more detail work on the skin in the future, but I'm not very good with that stuff yet. Inspired by someone's version with wheels and moving head, but I can't seem to find it to link it. Any makes would be nice to see. Aug 19, 2015 Added a larger version. It's 120% the size of the original and stands roughly 92mm tall. It's got 1.2 v2 in the file name. I've printed in at both .2 and .15 layer heights. The gaps between moving parts have been decreased because just scaling it up made the legs and head too loose. Have fun. Jan 21, 2017 Ok here's the new version, more detail on the body.
