About this model
This is another flying toy project I wanted to get to for a long time. With a pull of the ripcord, you can launch propeller rings (or spinners as I call them) nearly 30 ft high or more than that horizontally. You will need: * 2 608 bearings (not included) * 1 axle * 1 gear * 1 base * 1 handle * 1 or more spinners The spinner naming convention is: * bld = blade * spr = spinner (or propeller ring or disk or whatever) * w = width * d = degree (for angle of attack) * h = height The spinners I have posted are the ones that performed the best based on my testing. UPDATE I'm experimenting with twisted blade spinners and have just posted a couple: 3 bld spr 120w 55d-20d 8h v3.stl and 3 bld spr 120w 55d-10d 8h v3.stl Both fly awesome and I believe may be better than the flat blades, which was the h…
