About this model
A light duty key designed to be used where a hose clamp is taken off or on frequently in low temperature conditions . Printed the round portion at 40%. Faster speed will make hole smaller. I used a 5/16" drill bit and/or rotary tool for internal cleanup. Captive Handle; Line up hex sides & push captive key on hose clamp nut. May need some effort to do this. Tap into place before first use. Some clamp ends stick up & tend to push the key off. Reforming the end into a tighter circle may solve this issue. Key end may be custom fitted after placing in boiling water. Crazy Glue will make both keys very secure.
