About this model

A fully functional print-in-place hinge with an integrated pin. The hinge is printed as a single piece - no assembly, separate pin, screws for the hinge mechanism, or supports are required. After printing, simply free the moving joints and the hinge is ready to use. The design uses five interlocking knuckles with cleaŕance optimized for FDM printing. Four countersunk mounting holes allow the hinge to be easily attached to a project. Designed and tested as a practical functional part and also suitable as a print-in-place hinge testet.
