Do you like sanding and painting? Well, if you don't, I probably wouldn't try this one.... Probably one of my favorite costume designs from the entire Star Wars saga, the Imperial Guard. Modeled in Blender over the course of a week or so, I am still in the process of printing it out myself - this is a long one. It was measured for a head with a 55-60cm circumference, so it should fit most people (says Google hat making searches....) It has a very thick hollow simply to allow for multiple shells - this is not intended to be infilled. If you do, and the end product weighs 5 kilograms, I am not responsible for neck injury! …
