The changes I made: - Added the lamp holes - Added the 3mm LED fixtures (to be printed out of translucent PLA) - Added the DXF visor template - Added a template for spray-painting the texture (to be printed out of flexible TPU) - Added some extra ventillation holes for the fan in the front - Scaled the model down to 85% (should be good for a generic male head. Tested for head circumference of 59-61cm). - Resplit the model into a larger print area to speed up the print a bit (every part should fit in 200x180x190h mm build volume) Total print time on my Prusa i3 clone: 78h Used PLA material weight (with supports): 1070g I've actually made 2 versions of the helme…
