About this model

This is a design I came up with after seeing an ad for the Groove wallet. It can hold up to 5 cards, and incorporates a mechanism to fan the cards out for easy access. It prints in three parts with no supports, and securely snaps together with little force required. The lever piece will need to be oriented on its side, and the cover and base pieces will need to be oriented with their outer surfaces toward the print bed. The design itself is not setup for multi-material. I achieved this two-tone print with a filament swap after 1mm. In order to have the assembly retract itself, you will need a couple 1/4 inch orthodontic rubberbands. I got a bunch on Amazon for cheap.
