About this model
My son chose a Naruto themed costume for Halloween this year, so I designed this headband for his costume. The design should fit most heads as scaled. The displayed print was done in silver ABS. I created the curvature with a heat gun and a six-inch sauce pan. Simply apply even heat to the print with a heat gun or hair dryer, and press it flatly against the sauce pan to get the correct curvature. Paint the recessed sections, and you are all set! Total project time was less than 1.5 hours including print time. Enjoy!
