About this model
A toy concept I had a few years ago for a modular robot type creature. The idea was to have interchangeable parts connected with snaps allowing an adjustable angle of rotation. I only got as far as making the magnetic shock absorbed attachment. Using common 3/4 in. round refrigerator magnets, I glued three in the top and bottom of each end with like polarities facing each other. The magnetic repulsion forces the shock to extend.
