Remix: Issues to me: The main plenum has lots of restriction as well as being un necessarily tall. I removed all the interior restriction as well as lowered the fan base. 2: I added some weld to the STL mount and a 4th gusset to the fang relative to the fan shroud. (the one place it would most likely flex was the one place where their were no gusseting.) 4: lots of material removed results in lower weight. (I didn't measure ) 5: To-Do's add LED mount for integrated light in next remix. other than that. this thing works like a charm! 6: STL ABL and Non ABL (I just removed the ABL and smoothed. ) its quick and has absolutely no effect on the air flow. as its the outer wall not the inner wall.
