About this model
EDIT: I've added a home base version that has the same hole pattern as the stock mount, that way you don't have to drill new holes EDIT 2: I've added a "Home Stubby" version that is only ~60mm by 90mm, and should fit on a M3D printer. This mount uses a tapered sliding dovetails joint (from woodworking) to allow the Vive Light house to be quickly and securely mounted and unmounted without any tools(after initial setup) or complex mechanisms. The benefits of this mechanism are that its friction based joint is fundamentally wobble free and it is un-affected by poor printer tolerance. The mount is made out of two parts. The first is a puck that is mounted to the Lighthouse base. It should be assembled in this order: screw head - puck - lighthouse base - nut, making sure the puck is oriented so…
