About this model

This is a simple bracket for installing a 2.5" hard drive or SSD in to a 3.5" bay. It is a longer design than some of them and has all three of the standard screw holes found in 3.5" hard drives which is necessary in certain cases.I also have my "deluxe bracket" which allows you to install two 2.5" drives in a single 3.5" bay, or one 2.5" drive and a fan. There is also a cheaper/faster to print bracket if you don't need all three mounting holes. They can both be found at: holes on the side of this bracket should allow you to self tap a #6-32 UNC screw. (The standard ones that are used with 3.5" hard drives, not the M3 screw which has a finer thread and is generally used for optical drives and 2.5" drives - although if you find the hole too small for the 6-32, you could try an M3.)Pictured …
