Sand tabs on hour arcs before inserting into slots to confirm good fit. Superglue together to create outer clock face. Superglue spokes to the central hub. The short spoke points to 12 O'Clock. Superglue spokes to the clock face. Insert clock movement into central hub. Hang on the wall.
