Backstory: Some of the Ross School's Innovation lab students are raising chicks in the school's EcoLab and we needed a small water dish. We wanted a dish that the chicks would be unlikely to step in to help prevent their water from being contaminated. We wanted to use a standard PET plastic bottle (here pictured with a "SmartWater" bottle we up-cycled. Note: The smaller water bottles are a little more stable and less likely to leak if filled to the top (too much pressure in the big ones).
