Many of these types of tools use the easier to model semicircle, which may not be as useful as most corners, which are 90 degrees, have a fillet of a quarter of a circle. This print is applicable to more situations. Making is circular makes it easier to test all the possible diameters, but if you want it to fit as a card, do leave a comment. You can print it multicolour by colouring the whole model the colour of the labels,then in Prepare → Process → Objects tab find the step file for the model, expand it, and colour “Part 1” the colour of the base.
