About this model

Sample video:My FB feed started to show me all sorts of bird feeders including some commercial options that had built in cameras. I decided I had to create my own version. It's all parametric so you can modify any of the sizes using OpenSCAD but the defaults work for both my WyzeCam v2 and v3 cameras. The white parts are PETG and the clear(ish) is polycarbonate but any outdoor-appropriate filament should be fine. It is designed so that you install the housing using screws and then the feeder/perch section lifts off for filling. In some of the clips I've uploaded, you can see everything bouncing around quite a bit… those are from version 1 which allowed the squirrels to eventually bounce the feeder/perch section off of the housing. Version 2.2 doesn't allow them to do that.The first camera …
