About this model
The "No More Chasing Pieces" Puzzle Sorting Tray ๐ฏ It started with my Mother-in-Law and a 200-piece puzzle scattered across a table with nowhere to go. The dollar store trays were a joke โ pieces tumbling off the edges, no real sorting room, general chaos. So naturally, I went to the CAD file. I designed this to actually hold a working pile of pieces without feeling cramped. ๐ฉ ๐ช๐๐๐ง ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐ง ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐ โธ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ โ 9.5" square (240 ร 240 mm) gives you real estate for sorting edge pieces, color groups, or just the avalanche of "I'll get to those later" pieces. โธ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ โ The trays nest together so you can organize multiple color groups or pack everything up mid-session without losing progress. โธ ๐๐ถ๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ โ A matching lid prints on the second plate and turns any tray into a closed โฆ
