About this model
A high-torque ratcheting screwdriver that prints in one piece, without supports, or assembly. It has four pawls that run the full 50 mm of the handle, so 130 mm² of tooth face carries the load instead of a few millimetres at the end. Most printed ratchets have a couple small pawls in a few millimetres at one end. Here the whole handle is the ratchet: four spring pawls engage a 20-tooth ring along their full length. A 1/4" hex hole runs all the way through, so a bit or extension can pass all the way in. There is no reversing switch. To reverse, you flip the tool end-for-end.
