About this model
Mount for holding my welding hoods. Needed one that could attach to drywall. Didn't want to drill. Command Strips are great. I had to design a modular mount that effectively uses 3m Command Strips for this so I did. Why 3 pieces you ask...because of print orientation and minimizing supports/using only easily removed supports. Print orientation and support visual in the images. Use support on build plate only. Use brims. Mount inserts are a tight friction fit. Attachment inserts have a light "click" retention built in. Uses Large size Command Strips. Attach them to the pieces first and then press the whole piece against your wall to attach them. After, slide the body up and off of the mounts and press them firmly to fully seat the strips against the wall. Slide back on and you're done. Requ…
