About this model

For my ren faire costume I made my own cape with cloth and ribbon, but needed a clasp. The existing one by GeeTheGhost was pretty great, but the rhombus was not pointy and not actually clasp-able so made my own from scratch in blender. If you have the correct coloured filament you could get the rhombus looking like gems by polished it with 500 -> 800 -> 3000. Be careful of melting the material if you use a hand-drill sander I only had clear filament so finished it with my wife's nail lacquer. Attached to the cape by drilling two holes under where the rhombus sits, and thread through it. The rhombus can be pushed into place if you get the angle right and push really hard. After printing, the hook clasp thing didn't work the way I wanted it to, so look out for V2!
