About this model
Here is a bracket I'm using to connect 2060 extrusion to Openbuilds C-beam Extrusion (80mm wide) for a CNC Mill that I'm currently designing. This bracket is used to connect 20mm wide extrusion to 80mm extrusion. It uses M5x10mm bolts for mounting the bottom of it (side with 4 holes) to the 80mm extrusion and M5x12mm bolts for mounting it to the 20mm extrusion (side with 3 holes). I've been printing my brackets around 85% infill for higher strength but adjust infill according to your needs. If you're looking for different size extrusion brackets check out some of my other designs!. If you have any questions or issues please comment below, thanks!
