About this model
I made this a couple years ago when the impossible passthrough gadgets were all the rage. Every once in a while my daughter would pick up mine and play with it, and I always thought, "I should upload this some day". Today is some day. I've included two tolerances (0.4mm and 0.6mm) and also provided a full set in STL and 3MF format. And as an added bonus, The FreeCad file used to create this is also included. It is fully parameterized, so you're free to play with it. Remix, tweak, etc. After printing, if it doesn't glide smoothly or catches in a few places, just work with it for a bit to loosen it up. Eventually, it should glide through smoothly. If it jams up entirely, then you need to need to either calibrate your printer or use a larger tolerance.
