it's Thomas the tank engine maded for The Tabletop Railway with quite a few changes from the orginal TTR E2 model and using Percy face from the TTR Percy the small engine making it look more like Thomas him self. (Requires wheels to finish which is also available on Thingiverse the wheel and the orginal model are made by DrMropp1966)
