Free 28mm Wargame Terrain & Scenery 3D Prints

Ruins, buildings, barricades, and scatter terrain for your tabletop battlefield

Nothing transforms a tabletop game like a board full of real terrain. Printed ruins, industrial buildings, barricades, and scatter pieces turn a flat mat into a battlefield with sight lines, cover, and stories. Terrain is also the most forgiving category in 3D printing: battle damage hides layer lines, and rough surfaces paint up beautifully with drybrushing.

This collection gathers free 28mm-scale terrain and scenery 3D models from Cults3D, MyMiniFactory, Thingiverse, and other platforms: gothic ruins, sci-fi crates and pipelines, fantasy houses, walls, and scatter. Every file is free to download from the original creator's listing.

Terrain prints happily at 0.28 mm layers with 2 walls and 8 percent infill, so even large builds finish overnight. Grey filament primes itself: drybrush and wash straight over it.
