About this model

This remix features an articulated cervical vertebral segment designed for educational use, especially for medical and anatomy students learning about spinal articulation. I extracted and modified these cervical vertebrae from the full articulated spine model by DaveMakesStuff to create a focused, easy-to-print teaching tool that demonstrates how adjacent cervical vertebrae interact. The vertebrae are connected using an updated ball-and-socket joint design that is more durable and less prone to breakage than the original connector. The printed pieces snap together and move in a realistic way, allowing users to explore cervical spine motion while maintaining strength during normal handling.
