About this model
I am offering an STL and STP files for printing a fan/turbine for the Greenworks battery-powered lawn mower, model GD40LM46HP, but I'm sure it will also fit the GD40LM46SP (self-propelled version), as well as similar 46 cm mowers in the 60V and 80V series. I think the model numbers are GD60LM46HP and GD60LM46SP. I made a near-exact copy of the original fan, but I also designed a modified version that allows mounting a second blade to achieve maximum cutting power and greater suction for the clippings. Experiments have shown that two blades do indeed provide a cleaner cut on tough terrain, but they also consume more energy, so the battery drains faster. Give it a try.
