it comes out to about 37.75" in it's default state, the blade parts have already been cut down to be able to print on most build plates, there is a hole that starts at the base of the hilt that when the whole thing is assembled runs 30" deep. this is for a 1/4" dowel to run through to add structural support. update: 9/11/2026 improved tolerance for dowel support
