About this model
This is a little usb powered desk lamp. The led bulb is made up of 6 super bright led's connected in parallel (see pictures). A 12-15 ohm resistor seems about right for the 5v supply. Just about any old usb cable will work for the cord. I grabbed a bunch out of a bargain bin at Fry's for less that $1. When assembling the bulb I solder all the cathodes together around the outside, wrap the anodes together in the center and solder on the resistor. Once I've tested the bulb I pot the assembly in hot melt glue. For hardware I use 2x 1/4-20 x 1in bolts and 2x 1/4-20 nuts.
