About this model
This is a LOW QUALITY SCAN of the right hand Steam Frame controller. I did not want to use scanner spray on it due to the risk of solvents damaging the plastic, but since the plastic is dark yet transparent, it does not scan well on its own. This scan was taken for my own personal reference. As far as I'm aware, Valve will be releasing a much better model as they've done with the Steam Controller 2 and in the meantime, many people have been using the controller asset used in games for modeling references. I do not plan on scanning the left controller as for my purposes, I just needed a reference for sizing and to make a cut out in a model, which mirroring this worked well for that purpose. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -…
