Hold a broom-stick with a 'solar panel' on it, maybe throw on a darth vader cloak. Add a sign on the solar panel that says "Don't Worry" or "You're Safe" and anoint passing traffic. Built-in feature: the FOV is small enough that you need to turn your head to track objects of interest. This 3d print clips onto a hardhat harness you can purchase on Aliexpress. Happy to update the model over the next few weeks, but NOTE that you'll want to order the hat harness ASAP if you want to get it in time for Halloween.
