About this model
This stepped laser focus gauge is designed to quickly find and set the correct focal distance between a laser module and the workpiece. Simply place the gauge under the laser module, select the required step, adjust the laser height, and remove the gauge before engraving or cutting. I designed this tool for my custom laser engraver conversion, but it can also be useful for many diode laser engravers with adjustable Z-height or adjustable laser mounts. Features: Multiple focus-distance steps in one tool Fast and repeatable laser height setup Easy to 3D print No supports required Useful for engraving and cutting setup Can help determine the best focal distance experimental…
