About this model

British light bomber from 1937, used by the Belgians in France. It was hopelessly obsolete, being slow and underpowered despite the use of a 27-liter engine from the Spitfire. It was also under-equipped, mounting only 1x 7.7mm machine gun in the right wing and another in a rear turret. It was eventually replaced by the Hurricane, Typhoon, and P-47 Thunderbolt fighters in the strike role. Its wings and tail, however, found its way into the much more successful Fulmar two-seat reconnaissance fighter.
