About this model

What this is This is not one propeller. It is a generator: five custom features for Onshape (free for hobby use, runs in the browser) that build a marine propeller from the numbers that describe one, and the printed molds to make it in carbon. Type a diameter, a pitch ratio, a blade area ratio and a blade count and it builds the prop. Change a number and it rebuilds. The two STLs here are examples of what it makes; the real tool is the generator, in Onshape and on GitHub (links below). The blades are Wageningen B-series: the chord, thickness and camber tables from seventy years of published tank testing, lofted onto cylinders so the prop is genuinely the diameter and pitch you asked for.
