About this model

What this is Not a foil: a foil designer. Six custom features for Onshape (free for hobby use, runs in the browser) that build a hydrofoil from the numbers that describe one, run the performance sums, and then generate the 3D-printable molds, the layup schedule and the fabric cut templates to make the parts in carbon. Give it an area, an aspect ratio and a few shape choices and it builds the front wing, the stabiliser, the mast and the fuselage. Change a number and it all rebuilds. The 3MF here is one output: the printed mold tiles for a stabiliser. The tool itself is in Onshape and on GitHub (links below).
