About this model
I was frustrated that i had to buy this model of a fire breathing lamp, so i decided to make my own and give it away for free. I bought a K-mart lamp (Australian store) Then took apart the cover, leaving the base, which included the LED lights, switch and power. I printed the fire using white filament on a hollow spiral setting with no base using my Ultimaker printer. I then glued this to the base of the light. This measured 135mm in diameter and fit perfectly. I then separated the dragon and printed them individually using black filament. I glued the parts together using superglue. Once dried I glued the mouth to the top of the fire. I had to support the dragon whilst it dried. Any comments please let me know. Enjoy!!
