About this model
Remixed from m_bergman's excellent Stryker lineup, which is in real life a remix of the GDLS LAV 3. The LAV 6 ISC is the latest in-service version of the mowag piranha lineup, which entered service in 1974. ( ) I spent quite a bit of time modelling first a lav 3 and from that this lav 6, for a friend of mine at 1 RCR. The LAV 6 has upgraded electronics, engine, powertrain, suspension and protection from the LAV 3, but suffers from some of the same issues with mobility, increased weight and rollovers. I did my best to accurately represent a current real vehicle in domestic service. See my LAV 3 as well! UPDATE 2023- Bigger tires and wheels! 395/85R20s. Added front DVE module.
