About this model
These small pieces are meant to be used while playing Classic Battletech. They indicate whether a mech is currently in light or heavy cover. The single group of trees is meant to mean light woods/cover, while the piece with two groups of trees indicates heavy woods/cover. I originally wanted to make the indicator bigger and have "+1" and "+2" embossed on the side. However, many of the mech models overlap the hex base with their big stompy feet, so they did not fit if it was too tall. This design is meant to universally work with any mech on a hexbase. It is the best way I could think of to make the design simple and out of the way as to not break immersion while being clear to read. But feel free to edit the design as you please.
