About this model
I work with 1/2in plywood often and my regular corner clamp is too cumbersome to use. I designed this clamp specifically to hold 1/2in plywood together until I get longer clamps on the joint. Materials needed: -45mm long M5x0.8mm hex head screw -M5 washer -M5 hex nut -Super glue To assemble: 1. Put a drop of super glue in the knob hex insert 2. Push 45MM hex bolt into knob and ensure it's straight 3. Dab tiny glue drops where the washer will sit and put the washer on to be set 4. Let glue dry completely 5. (Optional) Use M5x0.8mm tap to clean the thread of the hole on the bottom 3d printed piece 6. Screw in the bolt about 3/4 of the way 7. Insert hex nut into slot on 3d printed clamp head 7.
