Printed 3D Chainmail V2. Here's my first version In this version the rings are bigger, about the size of a nickel. This makes it a lot faster to put the sheets together for larger projects. I would love to anything made with this chainmail. I added a flat spot on the bottom of the rings. The flat spot is extremely small but a huge improvement. The mail sticks to the raft better greatly reducing the chances of having a print come loose. If the rings knocked off the raft when printing. --Check the layer height. I watched and found the ends of the rings would curl up when printing and get caught by the print head when it moved across them. I raised mine up .0016mm, it made all the difference. I have my raft margin set to 3mm, air gap set to 0mm, layer height 0.2mm, printing at 20mm/s, shell t…
