About this model
This is a dummy radial engine I designed for the RC-model "Trush Light", an RC model airplane designed by Kristian Berggren for the Swedish magazine Allt om Hobby in 2001. The dummy is designed to fit the nose of this specific model, but can be fitted to any model with a flat nose area measuring roughly W40xH60mm. The hole for the brushless motor measures 24 mm deep and 32 mm diameter, and is designed to house a cheap 2212 1000Kv brushless outrunner. I printed mine in Colorfabb silver PLA with 0.2 mm layer height and 10% infill. I've only printed the 5-cylinder version as seen on the picture, wich also shows the plane is is made for. But if you want a lighter option you can print the 3 och 1-cylinder version. And if you don't care about weight there also is a 7-cylinder version.
